1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. International Shipping

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
